Former Minister of Public Safety admits being responsible to the people and Parliament for the actions of the RCMP as he established the Task Force headed by Brown when the DOJ was linked to the RCMP pension fund scandal
When all was said and done there was no mention of the DOJ link in the Brown Task Force Report of late December 2007 (Christmas Time) as Zack former RCMP Commissioner reported in the North Shore News September 13 2000 as no Political Patsy when he informed organized crime was infesting the government took the blame for the shambles the RCMP had become instead of Stockwell and of course Zack was replaced with one of theirs William Elliot.
Brown insisted the RCMP be returned to the people though at the latest by December 31 2009 that has not happened YET
